    Noodles had a good texture but were a bit clumpy. Broth nice enough, and kudos for being something new. The cucumber dish I had (Umekyu) had a weird texture but I loved it. Kara Age was tasty, but enormous – I wasn’t expecting to get served 6 whole chicken thighs!
